We woke up this morning with a horrific news of a terrorist attack on several important places in Mumbai. And the first reaction was – oh no not again… one more day – one more blast – and one more disappointment. Unfortunately this time it was different. We saw the drama unfolding and soon realised that it was not an ordinary terrorist attack but actually a WAR on MUMBAI. This was an operation led by well-trained operatives. It was certainly not work of some mis-guided youth – because attacking several prominent locations like the Taj, the Oberois, Nariman House, Mumbai CST etc requires significant planning. It pained us to see the historical monument like the Taj in falling into flames of terror.
All the details are not yet out but I sincerely hope our brave forces bring the situation under control at the earliest.
